Garlic Chive Linguine, Italian Sausage, Apple Cider, and lots of veggies
I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. For those who got turkeys or Thanksgiving packages from us, thank you for toughing it out in the cold, the snow, and the wind last week during our deliveries!
This week we are back to the Winter Subscription and from now on the pickups are every other week. So after this week, the next pickups will be the week of December 16th and the one after that will be the week of December 30th, including deliveries on New Years Day.
This week our Holiday Offerings are now available. The centerpiece of these offerings is always our nitrate free, hickory smoked Berkshire ham. These hams weigh approximately 9 to 10 lbs, and some usually come in heavier. We sell them by the piece at $60 each.

Sale Item – Cranberry Orange Chutney
Last week Clark Pope developed a delicious cranberry and orange chutney for Thanksgiving. Sadly, I forgot he was working on that and forgot to promote it in the eblast to Thanksgiving customers. Then with the snow, it literally got lost on our table.
So, you guys win this week. We have approximately 50 containers of chutney leftover and we are putting them on sale this week for $5 per container. Each container is 16 oz. The chutney freezes fine as well if you want to put some away for later.

1 Size Package, No Vegetarian or Vegan Options
1 lb garlic chive linguine
1 package Italian Sausage Links
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb spinach
1 head napa cabbage
Broccoli Florets or carrots (depends how the broccoli yields after the cold)
1 gallon apple cider
1 quarter peck apples
3# sweet potatoes
2 ct winter squash*
1 candy onion
1 red onion
1 bag leaf lettuce, 1/2 lb
1 dz eggs
* there will be assorted squash. Most will be dark orange hubba hubba, a baby hubbard squash, or buttercup, which is a dark green/brown with a “cap” on the top, which kind of looks like a turban. Both are great roasted and pureed or used to stuff and serve as a meal.
