Chicken Burgers from Scratch

 1 lb ground chicken
 0.50 onion, sweet or red, minced
 1 cup cooked quinoa
 1 egg
 some herbs: anything you'd like, but we used 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp oregano
 0.25 each, salt and pepper

In a large bowl, use your hands to mash together all the ingredients.


Form small patties in your hand, and let rest on a plate while you heat up the grill.


Grill on medium-high for 5-6 minutes per side, until the juices run clear and they're no longer pink at all inside.
