Weaver’s Truck Patch

If you have visited the Shaker Square Farmer’s Market, you are likely to have seen the stand for Weaver’s Truck Patch.  This Amish family farm based in Fredericksburg, OH provides us with assorted produce throughout the year.  We have used many different products from them over the years, notably broccoli and cauliflower, but they grow a huge variety of produce on their 40+ acres: sweet corn, cucumbers, pickles, zucchini, tomatoes, red beets, yellow squash, green beans, lima beans, watermelon, cantaloupe, potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, eggplant, onions, cut flowers, broccoli, cauliflower, maple syrup, jams, jellies, breads, pumpkins, gourds, squash, peas, and black raspberries.
