Mozzarella

As of February 2016, we have a new Mozzarella Cheese available made at Paint Valley Farms (the dairy arm of Wholesome Valley.) It’s made with pasteurized part-skim Guernsey milk, and is delicious torn to shreds on top of a pizza or with a simple tomato-basil salad or panini.
