GF Pumpkin Bread
Thanks to Ali J. who brought this to the 2015 Customer Appreciation BBQ! Adapted from a Better Batter Recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (7 oz or 183g) gluten free flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (Homemade, using raw sugar and molasses)
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Gather all your ingredients
Mix all ingredients together in a kitchen-aid or with a hand mixer with a paddle attachment.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into a loaf pan coated with coconut oil.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
