If you are struggling to live a healthier lifestyle, but still satisfy that sweet tooth, then this class is made for you.  Join Chef Bob Sferra and Fresh Fork Market for a cooking class using healthier ingredients and natural sweetners.


In this class you will learn how to use alternative sweeteners to make delicious desserts that are better for you.  This is not a diet class.  There are ways, however to make sweets that are healthier and use healthier ingredients than the usual processed white sugar.


Bob Sferra is a local chef that has appeared regularly on morning television programs and is the owner of Bob Sferra Culinary Occasions.  He once helped Parker Bosley open the Cleveland Restaurant School and is now the proud owner of The Better Occasions Shop.  He is so busy teaching classes and doing catering gigs, that we are lucky to have him teach this class.


About Fresh Fork Market:  We are a weekly subscription service to local foods.  Our Farm Buying Club, similar to a CSA, is a weekly grab bag of organic and sustainably produced fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and more, all from family farms within a 75 mile radius of Cleveland.
