These delicious and fragile berries have a really short lifespan– best to eat them the day of! To lengthen their time, let them soak for a few minutes in a 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water solution, then gently rinse and pat dry. Store in the fridge in loose paper towels, or freeze in a single layer and then store in freezer ziplock bags.
