Chicken Burger Lettuce Wraps

This lettuce-wrapped chicken burger is a healthier take on a grilled favorite. Add a few slices of sharp cheddar, some tart apple and a swipe of our garlicky Ramp Aioli and you won’t be able to put these guys down long enough to figure out how to without it falling apart!

 1 pkg chicken patties, thawed
 A few large and study leaves of lettuce, or chard
 A few slices of sharp cheddar (or whatever cheese you'd prefer)
 1 apple, thinly sliced into large flat circles
 A few tablespoons of our Ramp Aioli (or other mayo)

First heat your grill or grill pan up to medium-high/high and grill the chicken patties, 6 minutes per side until the juices run clear and no longer pink inside.

Assemble your wraps!

Start with lettuce.

Add the cooked chicken burger.

Slather on a dollop of the mayo or aioli.

Pop on some cheese.

Add the apple slice.

Wrap it all up in the lettuce and enjoy!
