Trying to figure out what to do this Thanksgiving to impress your guests? Well then join us for a Thanksgiving beer dinner and cooking class on Monday, Nov 5 2012 at Market Garden Brewery. Chefs Parker Bosley and Adam Lambert will serve both classical and modern Thanksgiving dishs, all paired with delicious Market Garden Brewery beers.
The format of this dinner is a “family style” Thanksgiving dinner interupted periodically for some short instruction, including a demonstration of prepping the turkey for cooking, some tips and tricks about cooking techniques and timing, and further instruction about pie baking from Humble Pie’s own Diane Sikorski.
All food served will be local products from Fresh Fork Market, including a pasture raised turkey, pies made from local fruit and the crust made using local pork lard, and side dishes prepared from locally grown produce.
The dinner will be accompanied by a sample menu and recipe guide so that guests may try to recreate this dinner experience.
The dinner is $60 per guest with 3 beer pairings or $50 per guest without beer pairing. Please RSVP soon to save your spot. Spaces are limited.
