This is a delicious plum jam that's easy to make at home. Use the ingredients list as a ratio, multiplying up for more plums. Either pressure can, can in a water bath as directed, or keep in your fridge and use within 2 weeks. Freezes well, too (just make sure your container or jar is labeled as FREEZER-SAFE!)
Here is the recipe that was used at the first Canning Club Meet-Up of 2015-- it's a slightly sweetened version, but you can up or down the sugar as you prefer. Use slightly firm and ripe peaches for best results!
