What do I do with this HUGE PURPLE CARROT?????

    • Fresh Forker on September 9, 2015 at 11:27 pm

Hah! It’s a mega-carrot. You can spiralize it into a pile of noodles for a raw “stir-fry” or salad, you could make a carrot soup after steaming chunks of peeled carrot and pureeing with herbs and stock, or you could probably whittle a small sculpture or figurine if you felt so moved. In fact, if you do, please send it in so we can post it online 🙂
